A person who is physically fit is capable of enjoying and performing daily activities of life. The importance of being physically fit and healthy cannot be understated. More people are at risk to depression, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, obesity and other health issues because of their fitness level and fitness is a state of health and well being more specifically and the ability to perform aspects of occupations, sports, and daily activities. Generally Physical fitness can achieved through proper moderate-vigorous physical exercise, nutrition and sufficient rest.
People become deconditioned if they do less exercise or activity. Your muscles become weaken and lose bulk including the muscles that you need for breathing and also the large muscles in your legs and arms. You will become more breathless and weaken as you do less activity.
Fitness involves different activity of some sort that stimulates various systems of the human body and maintains a certain condition within your body. On the other hand Health involves every system of the body and is only achieved through that lifestyle who supports health. Exercise on daily basis. Exercise daily for at least an hour. Eat the Right healthy foods and Portion Each Meal. Try to avoid the junk foods, No matter how bad your stomach is telling you to go for candy over healthy food.
