Why is Children’s health important?

As we knows that health during childhood sets the stage for adult health not just reinforces this perspective, but also creates an important social, ethical, and economic imperative to ensure that children are as healthy as they should be. These foods also contain other useful minerals and vitamins like zinc, iron, vitamin B12 and omega-3 fatty acids.
